These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website espaciodesconecta.com and the activity booking services offered by Espacio Desconecta.

2. Services

Espacio Desconecta offers artistic and recreational experiences for adults. Currently available activities are:

  • Party Time: group experience with games and challenges (8-14 people).
  • Espacio Neón: painting with fluorescent colours under ultraviolet light (1-14 people).
  • Juegos Random: group experience with surprise games and challenges (6-14 people).
  • Confesionario: recording personal messages in a private room (1-2 people).
  • Barrigotas: body paint for mums-to-be (1-2 people).

    • Espacio Desconecta reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw any of its activities at any time.

    3. Booking process

    The booking process works as follows:

  • The client selects an activity, date, time slot and number of people through the website.
  • Completes the form with their personal details (name, email, phone).
  • Upon submission, a booking request is generated.

    • Important: Submitting the form does NOT constitute a confirmed booking. It is a request that will be reviewed by the Espacio Desconecta team. Confirmation will be made manually through direct contact (phone or email) with the client.

    After submission, the client will receive an automatic acknowledgement email with their request details. This email is not a booking confirmation.

    4. Prices and payment

    Activity prices are displayed on the website and may vary according to current promotions. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

    Payment is managed directly with Espacio Desconecta according to the instructions provided at the time of booking confirmation. The website does not process online payments.

    Espacio Desconecta reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

    5. Cancellations and modifications

  • It does not guarantee the permanent availability of all time slots shown on the website, as these depend on calendar management.
  • The user participates in activities at their own risk. Espacio Desconecta is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of materials or failure to follow staff instructions.

    All website content (texts, images, logos, design, source code) is the property of Espacio Desconecta or its rightful owners. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

    Photographs taken during activities may be used by Espacio Desconecta on its social media and promotional materials, unless the client objects.

    Espacio Desconecta activities are aimed at people over 18 years of age.

    10. Data protection

    The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website. By using our services, the user accepts the processing of their data in accordance with said policy.

    11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this website or the services contracted, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Huelva, unless applicable law establishes another jurisdiction.
